I offer grinds in Junior Cycle Science and Leaving Certificate Physical Education. I hold a degree in Sport and Exercise and have strong knowledge across both subjects. I have experience working as a substitute teacher in secondary schools, where I’ve taught a variety of classes and supported students of all abilities. This has helped me develop clear communication and effective teaching strategies. My grinds focus on simplifying key topics, building confidence, and preparing students for exams in a supportive and engaging way.
