Hello!
My name is Padraig Kirby and I am a secondary school teacher with over seven years experience where I teach Graphics and Wood Technology at Junior Cycle and DCG and Construction Studies at Leaving Cert. I have recently completed a Masters in Education. I have also been a State Examiner for both projects and exams at Junior Cycle and Leaving Cert for a number of years, so I will be able to get you exam ready.
I am open to helping you on either a one to one basis or in groups. I will be working via online so no matter what part of the country you are in, I am able to help.
Fees (60 minute classes):
One-to-One - €40
Group (2 people) - €70
Group (3 people) - €90

- Apr 2023 EdelM Padraig was very accommodating throughout each step of the grinds process. Scheduling times, even during the holidays was no problem and he facilitated my son's needs during every session. The teaching style and content of the classes was tailored and my son was given many really useful additional resources that he can go through outside of the sessions. It is obvious that Padraig is a very experienced teacher and someone who wants to ensure that the student understands the material. I am delighted that my son got to work with Padraig.
- Jun 2022 Alan O'Sullivan I took up DCG after Christmas in 5th year and was struggling with it especially the topics I missed. In September of 6th year I contacted Padraig about DCG grinds. Even though it was online it was just as good as an in person grind. He was able to help me with all aspects of my project from start to finish up until the deadline. Then after the project was complete he went through all the topics again from start to finish going over the basics and then doing exam questions. If you are struggling with DCG or even just want to get a better grade I would highly recommend Padraig based off my own experience because I am writing this after my DCG Leaving Cert exam and expecting a high grade with huge thanks to Padraig.

- May 2022 Pat Maunsell Padraig is an excellent teacher of construction studies. He is very diligent and thorough. He takes into account the individual circumstances of his student and works with him/her to reach his/her full potential from an exam point of view. Padraig also provides good resoruces and follow up after his tutoring time. I would highly recommend him.
