Tutor Bio
I am a Commerce with French student in University of Galway, available to provide in-person or online grinds for Junior Cycle and Leaving Cert French. I achieved a H1 in Leaving Certificate French.
I have 3 years' experience in providing both Junior Cycle and Leaving Cert French grinds, both online and in-person.
My lessons offer:
- One-to-one sessions to address the individual needs of each student (i.e. ranging from struggles with grammar, to oral work, to reading comps and written questions).
- H1 standard notes provided to students, tailored to each lesson
- Constant support provided to students with their homework via WhatsApp
- Mock oral exams with detailed feedback in preparation for the oral examinations

- Jun 2022 Sarah Roisin was a great grinds teacher. Always organised and extremely accommodating. I found great benefit from our lessons and learned lots for my exams and orals. She couldn’t do enough for me and the rest of her students and I’d highly recommend her to anyone.
- Jun 2022 Eva Morris Róisíns online grinds helped me improve my french from the very first lesson we had. She helped with vocabulary for oral, giving loads of notes to work from and correcting my pronunciation. Uploading the notes onto Google Classroom ensured i had access to the notes to study from. My french progressed a lot and I now feel more confident with the language. We went through the written pieces and the structure to them all which was really helpful. I would definitely recommend Róisín for French grinds!
- Jun 2022 Amelia My teacher advised me to drop to ordinary level french at Christmas but with Roisin’s help I passed my mocks in higher level and improved so much Im very confident to take the higher level paper for my LC. I couldn’t recommend her enough, she has a great teaching method that really works and with her help I feel so much more confident in the subject. I honestly can’t thank her enough. I enjoyed our weekly classes because Roisin made everything more clear and easy to understand, even grammar!😂
