GrindsWorld Tutor: Daniel Carroll

I am a qualified post-primary teacher specialising in Biology, Agricultural Science, Junior Cycle Science and Mathematics. I hold a First Class Honours BSc in Agricultural Science and Biology with Concurrent Teacher Education, and I currently teach Junior Cycle Maths and Science as well as Leaving Certificate subjects.

I offer grinds in Junior Cycle Maths, Leaving Certificate Ordinary Level Maths, Leaving Certificate Biology and Leaving Certificate Agricultural Science. My grinds are structured, exam-focused and tailored to the individual student. I place a strong emphasis on breaking difficult topics into clear, manageable steps, building confidence and improving exam technique.

I also have experience correcting mock examinations, which has given me a strong understanding of marking schemes, common mistakes and the level of detail required in high-quality exam answers. I can also provide support with coursework, projects, revision planning and study strategies where required.
