Maths Tutor | Junior Cycle

Hi! I’m Julie, a recent Leaving Certificate graduate and an enthusiastic Maths tutor. I achieved an H1 in Higher Level Maths and have recently completed the Irish secondary-school curriculum, so I understand the challenges students can face and the importance of building confidence alongside strong mathematical skills.

I particularly enjoy working with Junior Cycle students, especially 1st and 2nd Year students. I aim to make Maths easier to understand by breaking topics down into clear, manageable steps and adapting my approach to each student’s individual needs.

Whether a student is struggling with the basics, wants to improve their confidence, or simply wants some extra practice alongside school, I can provide structured one-to-one support in a friendly and encouraging environment.

Lessons can include worked examples, guided practice, exam-style questions and clear notes that students can refer back to after the lesson.

I’m looking forward to helping students become more confident and capable in Maths!
