I am a third year medical student in Trinity college Dublin but I am originally from Kerry. I have always loved maths and sciences. I got 601 points in my leaving cert and my subjects were; Maths, Irish, English, biology, physics, DCG, applied maths and French.
Deciding to do medicine was the best decision I ever made. I love every module and am even the chairperson of the Medical Overseas Volunteer Elective society.
I have given leaving cert maths grinds to students during 6th year.
During my second year in university I was a S2S mentor which involved helping the new first year students with all their academic troubles and sending on my notes.
