GrindsWorld Tutor: Beatrice

Hello! My name is Beatrice, and I am a 21-year-old girl from Italy. I am currently an undergraduate student at UCD studying Environmental Biology. I enjoy helping people understand complex concepts, and I have always been eager to lend a hand to friends and classmates throughout my time in high school. I have past experience as a tutor at different school levels, both in Irealnd and Italy, with excellent results :)

I am available for tutoring in Italian, which is my native language. The structure of my lessons depends greatly on the needs of the student. What I offer is not exclusively grammar lessons but a comprehensive insight into Italian culture, which helps greatly to truly understand the language. Speaking and practice are the key to learning a language, so that will be strongly encouraged. I'm also available to help with grammar, reading, and writing skills; in this case, I'll be happy to provide with exercises and texts to practice on. I'm fully flexible and have no strict limitations to the kind of lesson I can provide: any conversation-based lesson is a good chance to revise some grammar, for instance!

I studied German and I still keep up with it both in college and in my spare time as a personal interest. Thanks to my good results in the subject over the past few years, I have had the opportunity to go on learning trips to Germany and Austria more than once, which has helped me gain a better understanding of German culture.
