Hello,
I am offering Leaving Certificate Physics grinds, with an introductory session for €15, and subsequent sessions from €25 per hour (online). In person tutoring is available in the Dublin area.
About me:
I have always had a passion for the technology that shapes the world around us, and as physics is the fundamental block on which technology is built, it was always my favourite subject in school. Following the Leaving Certificate, I received the Naughton Scholarship and went on to study Electronic Engineering in UCD, graduating in 2017. I am now working as a Software Engineer in the automotive industry.
My Teaching Style:
I believe to truly excel at any subject you require both a fundamental understanding of the material and a genuine interest in the field. In my lessons, I strive to combine these 2 pillars through a mixture of course content and thought provoking discussion around how physics applies to everyday life.
Prior to the first lesson, I will discuss with the student about where they feel they need the most help, and create a plan around how to maximize both their results, and their ongoing knowledge of the subject should they decide to continue in the field.
