Want to ace the Junior Cycle/ Leaving Cert and learn some helpful tips and tricks to boost your marks and maximise your potential?

Hello, my name is Ellen and I provide one-to-one grinds to secondary school students.
I am studying the Bachelor of Education and Psychology in Mary Immaculate College.
I’m based in Limerick but complete most grinds online with students. I have 2 years experience teaching grinds online for Irish and French.

- Achieved a H1 grade in Irish and French in my Leaving Certificate
- Continuing to succeed in college Irish modules, leading to letters from the college president commending my results
- One-to-one specially catered grinds sessions to address the individual needs of each student (grinds can be focused on oral, written work etc.)
- High quality, H1 standard notes provided to students
- Online resources created for students to help them with learning material
- Constant support provided to students with their homework via email and whatsapp
- Practice oral exams with detailed feedback in the run up to oral exams
- Help with CBAs/ project work
- Support with study skills & organisation in relation to exam preparation in general

Below is a parent testimonial from one of my students parents

“My daughter started online Irish grinds with Ellen in February of this year, before this she was feeling  anxious and worried about her upcoming Junior Cert exam and felt there really was no way she could possibly pass it.
However after taking grinds once a week from then on with Ellen right up until her exam she was feeling much happier and more confident going into it.

It turned out that she actually enjoyed her Junior Cert Irish paper, managing to get through it all comfortably and this was all definitely down to Ellen’s grinds and how well prepared she had her for it.
She throughly enjoyed every grind and found Ellen brilliant for explaining things that she had struggled to grasp in school in a way that she could understand.

I could go on and on about how good Ellens grinds are but I think the best testament to them is that my daughter of her own accord has asked could she carry them on through her upcoming transition year, something I honestly never thought id hear.

Ellen was a tremendous help to our daughter and has definitely given her back her Grá for Gaeilge.”
