Tutor Bio
My name is Ronan and I'm a Master's student at Trinity College Dublin where my research focuses on the history of nineteenth and twentieth century Ireland.

Along with being awarded a five-year scholarship to Trinity in 2019, I hold a B.A (First Class Honours) in History and Political Science. In the same year, I won the Irish Times Debate: the country's longest running and most prestigious debating competition.

I primarily offer grinds to Junior and Senior cycle secondary students studying History, English, Economics and Politics.
I'm an easygoing but results-oriented tutor. All of my students receive detailed feedback and an approach personalised to their learning needs. I bring a high level of expertise to the subjects I teach and an intimate knowledge of the state exams' curricula. I'm happy to help both struggling students and those pursuing top grades.

I also offer a two session crash course in debating and persuasive writing. This may be of interest to students who wish to write a debate for LC English.

Grinds are €20 per 45 minute session/€25 per hour.
