I am a student of Theoretical Physics in Trinity College Dublin, and I am passionate about teaching maths.
I like to take a hands-on approach utilizing as many sample questions and exercises as possible to develop the student’s mathematical ability. I have recently sat the Leaving cert exams, and this affords me a unique and up-to-date insight into the struggles of the student with the modern curriculum.
Moderation is key to sustained long-term improvement in mathematics and physics. Instead of teaching by reading off notes I like to focus on practice, repetition and intuitive explanations to convey any given topic.
