Tutor Bio
I am in final year student studying economics and finance in UCD. I received a H1 in maths and applied maths in the leaving cert in 2019 and have 4 years experience teaching maths grinds. I currently have 7 leaving cert students across higher and ordinary level and last year taught 8 students across all levels and ages.
I like to focus my grinds around exam-style questions and exam tactics in order to ensure the students are comfortable with the standard and style of leaving/junior certificate papers.
My teaching method with maths is to help the student fundamentally understand a concept and improve their problem-solving skills in order to help them help themselves when it comes to exams.
I'm a friendly, chatty guy and am quite approachable. I am always happy to help my students, whether it be during the grind or if they have a question afterwards on a problem they were stuck with.
